Abstract
The article examines the social effectiveness of cluster policy in St. Petersburg in the field of preserving and strengthening the traditional values of the Russian Federation. Both quantitative indicators (birth rate, marriage and divorce dynamics, support of large families) and qualitative aspects (the role of education in shaping spiritual and moral orientations) are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the results of a nationwide VCIOM survey confirming the resilience of traditional family values. The paper reviews educational, cultural, and social cluster initiatives implemented in the city. The role of educational institutions is highlighted as the core of clusters integrating the efforts of the state, society, and business to foster citizenship, patriotism, and the strengthening of family traditions.
