According to the authors of the article, the assessment of the digital transformation of management processes should include not only the level of development of the supporting infrastructure (technological aspect), but also the readiness of government bodies and the population to use digital technologies in everyday life. The article presents the results of a pilot study, the main content of which was an expert survey on which services are most in demand in the Arkhangelsk region, what risks and prospects the digitalization of interaction carries. The conclusions formulated by the authors of the article are practice-oriented and can be used in further research related to the assessment of the digital maturity of municipal and state administration bodies.
