LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF CUSTOMS RELATIONS

Abstract

The article substantiates the strengthening of the role of legal regulation of public administration in the customs sphere in order to effectively use the foreign economic factor in national economic development. The article substantiates the strengthening of the regulatory role of the customs system in ensuring the implementation of national interests, and in particular, in ensuring sustainable and safe economic development of the country, the need to improve the legal regulation of public administration in the customs sphere. The article reveals the need to develop customs regulation in the direction of both strengthening tariff and non-tariff protection of national interests in connection with the changed geographical and commodity structure of foreign economic interaction of the state, and compliance with international standards that facilitate the simplification of foreign economic interaction and the development of mutually beneficial international economic integration of the country. The study emphasizes that the purpose of regulating legal relations in the customs sphere is to create an organizational and legal mechanism for the implementation of a balanced system of interests of participants in customs legal relations.
