In modern conditions characterized by high rates of change and the growing influence of uncertainty factors, the achievement of the goals set by the state is ensured by a system of management decisions that must not only promptly identify potential threats, but also develop effective strategies to minimize or neutralize them. In practice, the tasks of risk management at various levels of government require alignment with scientifically sound methodological recommendations, which should serve not only as a management tool, but also as a system-forming element ensuring the survival and adaptability of the state economic system as a whole. As part of the integration processes of risk management into the public administration system of the Russian Federation, special attention is paid to optimizing interdepartmental interaction. This implies the creation of a common methodological platform that will allow us to present in model forms options for the interdependence of the foundations of interdepartmental interaction in the context of the public administration system.
