Introduction. Modern organizations face the need to maintain a favorable socio-psychological climate and prevent professional burnout among employees, which directly affects productivity and business sustainability. According to research, by the end of the year, 48 % of workers experience symptoms of burnout, with 66 % attributing it to poor process organization and 55 % to excessive workload. The aim of this study is to substantiate coaching technology as an effective tool for climate development and burnout prevention, and to present an algorithm for its implementation into management practice. Methods. The research relies on general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction) and graphical visualization of results. The empirical basis includes survey data from the "Rabota.ru" service (2024, over 400 managers), the Russian School of Management (2025), analytical materials from WHO and NAFI, as well as scientific publications on occupational psychology and coaching. Results. It was found that 63% of companies monitor the psychological state of employees, but only 5% use surveys, and 37% do not conduct any work in this area. The most vulnerable age group is millennials (28-43 years old) – 41% of respondents. A three‑stage algorithm for developing the socio-psychological climate and preventing burnout is proposed: preparatory stage (diagnosis of losses, anonymous surveying on psychological and organizational‑economic blocks, focus groups); main stage (budgeting, development of a roadmap, implementation of coaching technology – individual confidential sessions and group meetings with external experts); final stage (quarterly monitoring, adjustment of the program based on aggregated anonymized results). The algorithm is implemented by a special working group with the participation of external coaches. Discussion. Coaching technology acts as a key mechanism for feedback and personalized development, directly affecting the quality of the socio‑psychological climate. The proposed algorithm makes it possible to systematically transform management practices, reduce burnout risks, and increase team effectiveness.
