GOVERNMENT COOPERATION WITH ENTERPRISES AND INDUSTRIES BASED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF PROBLEM-ORIENTED MONITORING OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract

In a rapidly changing political, economic and social environment, monitoring the development of industries is of particular importance as a key tool for ensuring the sustainability of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the methodology of problem-oriented monitoring of industries, taking into account interdepartmental interaction and dialogue relations between government agencies and enterprises. The main object is the industrial complex of enterprises. The focus is on the collection and processing of data in real time, the use of digital platforms, as well as the use of modern information systems to form informed forecasts. The study revealed the need for coordinated consideration of investment, technological and environmental components, which increases the adaptability of industries and accelerates management decision-making. Special attention is paid to substantiating the priority directions of strategic development and the formation of five-year "roadmaps" with interim monitoring and adjustment based on feedback. The proposed model helps to increase the competitiveness of enterprises and the sustainable development of regional and national industrial systems. The practical significance lies in the development of universal recommendations for authorities and businesses aimed at integrating data, optimizing processes and ensuring transparency of monitoring procedures. The structural and functional elements of the monitoring system and the mechanisms of its interaction with stakeholders are described, which substantiates the possibility of improving the effectiveness of public and corporate governance.
