Abstract
The issues of assessing the effectiveness of local governments in the integrated development of the territory are of great importance in improving the municipal governance system. The article defines the features of assessing the effectiveness of local governments in the integrated development of the territory. Particular attention is paid to the program-project assessment of the effectiveness of local governments in the integrated development of the territory, which is carried out through the use of methods for calculating the assessment, data processing and combining the complexity of assessments of different areas of municipal activity, from the implementation of program-project measures, socio-economic development, activities of local governments to the complexity of participation in the assessment of the effectiveness of all participants in the assessment.
