TRANSFORMATION OF THE COMPETENCIES OF AN INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIST IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article examines the transformation of the competencies of specialists in the field of international relations in the context of dynamic changes in the political and economic environment at the global level. In the context of modern challenges, such as geopolitical conflicts, economic sanctions and technological innovations, it becomes especially important to develop the skills necessary for successful professional activity. Key competencies are analyzed, including analytical thinking, intercultural communication, mastering the latest technologies and flexibility in adapting to changes. Special attention is paid to the importance of soft skills such as emotional intelligence, teamwork and creativity, which are becoming an integral part of the professional arsenal of international specialists. The article presents the author's classification of these skills, which makes it possible to systematize approaches to their development. A training model has also been proposed that takes into account current challenges and trends, as well as specific recommendations for improving educational programs and trainings. The article highlights the importance of regular professional development and readiness for change as critical factors for a successful career in international relations, which, in turn, contributes to the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The results of the study emphasize the need to integrate new approaches into educational programs in order to train specialists who are able to effectively respond to challenges and changes in the global environment.
