COMPLEX ASSESSMENT OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVITIES

Abstract

To date, there is no unified approach to assessing the activities of sports organizations. Basically, a set of regulatory legal acts and a list of indicators created on the basis of individual regions are used to regulate the activities of sports organizations. The purpose of the article: to improve the methods for assessing the activities of sports organizations by proposing an original methodology with testing at a specific sports institution. The research methods used were general scientific (document review, statistical methods) and special methods in the field of economics (criteria method, ranking). This article describes the significance and characteristics of the activities of sports organizations, as well as existing approaches to assessment methods. The proposed author's methodology for assessing activities takes into account such aspects of organizations as labor resources, financial resources (for personnel, for property maintenance), property complex, potential losses and receipts, the quality of athletes' training, satisfaction with the organization's activities. The author's methodology is combined with a clear list of objective indicators and gives a real picture of the activities of sports organizations.
