Abstract

This article explores the specific features of cooperative logistics in the electronics industry amid the global reconfiguration of production and distribution systems. Special attention is given to the impact of regional value chain fragmentation on the sector’s resilience and adaptability, particularly in opposition to the consolidation trends driven by the United States and the European Union. The study examines how the separation of production and commercial cycles influences the structure of global supply chains in the semiconductor sector, including the implications for host countries involved in the localization of transnational corporate operations. It is noted that regional clustering of raw material and component suppliers contributes to shorter supply distances, reduced operational risks, and increased chain resilience. The article highlights key patterns in the evolution of cooperative logistics as a strategic response to ongoing geoeconomic challenges.
