Abstract
The present study is aimed at systematizing and generalizing the existing classifications of determinants of employment in the social and labor sphere (SLS) with an emphasis on the regional specifics of the new subjects of the Russian Federation (DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions). The methodology includes an analysis of scientific papers, clarification of the conceptual framework, expansion of the classification of SLS factors, as well as an assessment of their significance through the prism of statistical data and recovery programs. The scientific novelty lies in the integration of heterogeneous approaches to classifying determinants, identifying priority factors for post-conflict regions, and developing an author’s grouping. The results can be used to form a targeted employment policy.
