This study is devoted to the analysis of a comprehensive organizational mechanism for the functioning of platform employment, which includes a legal mechanism, monitoring and institutional mechanisms covering regulatory and legal support, social security, as well as financial and information support. In the context of globalization and digitalization of the economy, platform employment is becoming an important element of the modern labor market, requiring careful study and a systematic approach. The study involves identifying the key components of an integrated organizational mechanism and their interrelationships, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of existing models for regulating and supporting platform employment.
