Abstract

Introduction. The necessity of inclusive management of modern corporate human capital is substantiated, its essence is defined, and its target functionality is characterized. The growing significance of the post‑non‑ classical type of scientific rationality in studying modern socio‑economic problems is verified in accordance with the law of requisite diversity. Methods. The research is based on a systemic paradigm and the decomposition of corporate human capital management as a spatio‑temporal continuum. The analysis employs the law of requisite diversity, the concept of tacit knowledge, and the distinction between "hard" and "soft" management methods. A general model of leadership inclusive management is constructed through the subsystems of project, environment, process, and object. Results. The objective necessity of a "renaissance" of economic individualism is revealed as a methodological model relevant to the expanded reproduction of tacit knowledge – a natural source of large‑scale, continuous, and radical innovations. It is proven that the requirements of accelerated development of personal tacit knowledge are met by inclusive corporate management, which objectively takes a leadership, inspirational form ensuring a dynamic balance of "soft" and "hard" methods of influencing human capital. A general model of leadership inclusive management of corporate human capital as a spatio‑temporal continuum is proposed. A corporate innovative methodological system for improving corporate human capital is described. Discussion. The need to establish a system of corporate trust relationships, develop innovative hybrid forms and methods of coordination, as well as leadership self‑management and a brand of leadership network management of corporate human capital is substantiated in the context of growing intensification of the cognitive space. The results contribute to the formation of inclusive leadership as an invariant of effective corporate governance under increasing complexity.
