Abstract
This article examines the mechanisms and tools of socialization of state economic policy in the context of contemporary global challenges. The methodological framework of the study is based on the results of three-year research on this issue. The paper systematizes the obtained findings and presents a comprehensive analysis of mechanisms, instruments, and development directions for the socialization processes of state economic policy. A three-level hierarchy of objectives has been developed: the general goal of ensuring social justice and equality of opportunities is decomposed into four strategic objectives (equal access to social benefits, human development, social stability, socially responsible economy) and thirteen operational objectives. A typology of socialization mechanisms is proposed: economic, organizational-legal, information-communication, and program-targeted. The implementation instruments for each mechanism have been systematized, including progressive taxation, social insurance, digital service platforms, and national projects. The study examines the contradictory role of social sphere digitalization, which concurrently improves service efficiency while generating discrimination risks for vulnerable populations.
