MODEL FOR OPTIMIZING BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE FIELD OF LEGAL SERVICES

The article presents the model of business process optimization for legal services enterprises, developed using the methodology of structural analysis and the graphical language IDEF0. The research covers a comprehensive analysis of existing business models, identification of systemic problems in process management and development of an integrated approach to their solution. It is shown that the key element of optimization is a formalized functional block of efficiency assessment, which transforms qualitative changes into measurable results and ensures cyclical management decisions based on data. The necessity of synchronization of information, organizational and communication management circuits for the formation of a client-centered process architecture of a legal enterprise is identified and justified. The methodological basis of the research combines system analysis, process modeling and strategic management tools. Special attention in the study is paid to the development and methodological substantiation of the information model as a mandatory basis for system optimization, which involves complex formalization, visualization and integration of all business processes of an enterprise providing legal services into a single managed system. The results obtained make it possible to rethink management practices in the legal business in the context of digital transformation and offer a scientifically based model.Downloads
