Abstract
In the context of increasing geopolitical instability and sanctions pressure, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) demonstrates an ability to adapt through the development of legal mechanisms for integration. The article analyzes the transformation of the Union's legal system in the context of implementing the "Strategic Directions for Developing the Eurasian Economic Integration until 2025". Key instruments for deepening cooperation are examined: the legal framework for industrial cooperation and digital integration, the harmonization of technical standards, and the role of the EAEU Court in ensuring uniform law enforcement. Special attention is paid to resilience mechanisms, including the transition to settlements in national currencies and the expansion of foreign policy interaction (exemplified by the Free Trade Agreement with Iran and dialogue with the SCO). Based on the research findings, proposals are formulated for the systemic codification of EAEU law and the expansion of the powers of its institutions to enhance the Union's effectiveness in the face of external challenges.
