APPLICATION OF INTERACTIVE METHODS IN TRAINING SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACY (AS AN EXAMPLE IN THE DISCIPLINE "MANAGEMENT IN PHARMACY")
Keywords:
интерактивные методы, профессиональные компетенции, менеджмент, фармацияAbstract
The use of competency-based methods as a basis for training higher education specialists is associated not only with a revision of the substantive aspects of the educational program, but also with changes in methodological tools and adjustments to active and interactive teaching methods. The rejection of passive teaching methods opens up the prospect of forming and developing the competencies of future specialists at the stage of professional training. Thanks to these abilities, including the ability and willingness to form effective communication in the context of professional communication, the use of modern information and communication systems for information search, personal and professional development, as well as creative solution of applied problems, increases the quality and efficiency of professional activities.Downloads
