The article examines the key trends in the development of economic spheres of production and circulation through the lens of applied reinterpretation of sustainability and the implementation of ESG benchmarks in the transformation processes of manufacturing and trading businesses. Their resilience is determined by resource growth constraints, consolidation, value-added redistribution effects, and growing asymmetry of market power within the logistically emerging multi-channel sales model. The study substantiates the specificities of modern development in manufacturing and trade, including achieving supply chain resilience amid increasing demand-side constraints and disruptions to the dynamic stability of distributed production logistics systems under conditions of diversification and geoeconomic market fragmentation.
