Abstract
The article discusses the specifics of the industrial safety management organization using the example of a regional machine-building enterprise. The main attention is paid to the issues of resource provision, personnel sustainability and management decisions in the context of government regulation and mechanisms of public-private partnership. A comprehensive financial and economic analysis was carried out using models for assessing the probability of bankruptcy (Altman, Zaitseva, Savitskaya, etc.), as well as a SWOT analysis of the enterprise. It has been established that a high level of staff turnover, harmful working conditions and environmental violations are significant risks to the stability of the enterprise. Conclusions are drawn about the need to improve the organizational structure of interaction between participants in industrial cooperation, taking into account legal, social and environmental factors. A comprehensive analysis allows us to conclude that the effective functioning of industrial enterprises and possible participants is impossible without the coordinated work of their governing bodies, including corporate ones. Within the framework of scientific novelty, it has been proved that in addition to economic principles, legal, social and environmental conditions for the implementation of the mechanism of public-private partnership in Russia play a rather important role in the management of industrial interaction. The controlled parameters set by the interaction management bodies for each product of an industrial enterprise are presented. The priority problems of resource support for the activities of an industrial enterprise and the specifics of the organization of management are disclosed.
