CLUSTER SYSTEM OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL MARKET AS ONE OF THE MECHANISMS OF THE STATE POLICY OF THE DONETSK PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC

Abstract

The article examines the forms and types of associations of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry of the national economy. It is proved that horizontal, vertical and conglomerate associations of enterprises are types of associations, clusters, public-private, scientific-industrial partnerships are their species. The species of associations of organizations in the pharmaceutical industry are directly influenced by government policy, as well as government policy can be based on the prospects of creating a cluster type of economy. On this basis, the prospect of forming pharmaceutical clusters in historical regions that have recently been integrated into the Russian Federation (Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, as well as Kherson and Zaporizhia regions) is considered. A comparative analysis of the forms and types of associations in the pharmaceutical industry, including in the cross-country context, has been carried out. The innovative role of the cluster model in the development of the pharmaceutical industry in the region is substantiated, the effectiveness of its implementation is assessed using the example of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and possible vectors for the further development of these associations are analyzed.
