COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES OF MOSCOW AND CIVIL SOCIETY IN THE TRANSPORT SECTOR: CHALLENGES OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Communication in the system of public and municipal administration plays a key role in ensuring the effectiveness, transparency and legitimacy of management activities, creating a system of information exchange and operational feedback between authorities at various levels and civil society in order to coordinate and optimize the functioning of the management system as a whole. The transport complex is of great importance for the development of the national economy, ensuring the unity of the economic space, accessibility of social services for the population and freedom of movement of goods. The quality of channels and mechanisms of communication between executive authorities and civil society in the transport sector is of great importance for its development. Currently, one of the main factors influencing the development of communication mechanisms is the digital transformation of the transport sector, which affects all aspects of interaction between executive authorities and civil society in this industry. The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects for the development of key channels and mechanisms of communication of executive authorities. Moscow and civil society in the transport sector in the context of digital transformation. A set of theoretical (analysis, synthesis, systematization, forecasting, generalization) and empirical (study of experience and best practices in the development and implementation of communication systems of executive authorities and civil society) methods was used as research methods. The article significantly clarifies the concept of "communication between executive authorities and civil society in the transport sector", analyzes the current challenges of digital transformation of the communication system of executive authorities of civil society in the transport sector, identifies the main tools and channels of communication of this system, identifies key aspects of the development of communication mechanisms between executive authorities of Moscow and civil society in the transport sector in the context of digital transformation.Downloads
