MAIN PROVISIONS OF THE CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT OF ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITIES OF SPORTS INSTITUTIONS

The article is devoted to the study of issues of efficiency of sports institutions. The author's concept of development of efficiency assessment of institutions is proposed, its basic provisions, elements, mechanisms are named. The main participants of the proposed concept are highlighted: executive authorities, state budgetary sports institutions, educational institutions, residents of the city and society as a whole. The features and inaccuracies of the most widely used formulations of the main goals/missions of sports institutions are identified. The author's classifier of conditionally typical missions/goals is proposed. It is shown that new scientific and practical approaches will allow to solve problems connected with implementation of policy in the industry of physical culture and sports as effectively as possible, in accordance with national goals and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation. The conclusion is made about potential effects of activity of sports institutions, as a result of application of the developed concept.Downloads
