INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT MARKET: LOGISTICS STRATEGIES AND SUPPLY TASKS

In the article, the author examines the features of the market institutionalization of the oil and gas industry, in which the restructuring and targeted diversification of procurement channels for oil and gas equipment and materials stimulate an irreversible shift in the market paradigm of the industry's functioning, the efficiency of supply processes in which is considered by the author through the prism of reducing dependence on imports and growing focus on domestic supply channels, the need to solve large-scale problems associated with the development of autonomous supply sources in the domestic market. From the author's point of view, the sanctions of 2022 form a dividing line between the past and the future in supply logistics and the functioning model of the industry equipment market and stimulated radical changes in management approaches and criteria, most of which mean the irreversibility of the restructuring of the logistics management of the industry procurement system. The purpose of the article is to consider the logistics strategies and supply tasks of vertically integrated oil companies.Downloads
